  Lost $40+ due to their mistake. My wife has been taking a certain medicine for a few years now. Turns out the brand she likes is actually a generic however since she's used to that one this is what she wanted to keep taking. I showed the script for this particular medication by name. The customer service person asked if I wanted the cheaper brand of it ear available and I said yes. She then came out with the original brand which was actually more $10 more expensive. When I got home I realised their mistake and tried to return the medicine. They refused as by law medicines can't be refused. I then asked to be reimbursed for the cost, they also refused. In the end I lost the $40 spent on the original and had to fork out an additional $35 for the generic my wife was used to.
