  I usally don't right bad things as i also working in hospitality and i know how the prssure is.
  This morning i boght breakky meal and i ask for an extra shot of coffee,the manager on counter serve me and she charge me $2.65 for an extra shot,i double check with her and she told me that how they charge there.
  It usally 0.50c .
  She was rude what i feel,this is not how they treat customers.
  Very bad experience, never gonna return there for sure.

  Today is ANZAC day and the service from the two teenage girls at lunch time (I dont want to name them here) were so bad. There were two lines open for ordering but my line somehow has been cancelled by one of the girls and nobody was informing me and the rest of the customers behind me. We waited for sometimes and then I asked one of the girls is anyone servicing us in the line? She said the line has been cancelled. I told her why didn't she let us know straight away rather than ignoring us and pretended nobody is waiting in the line. Furthermore, my orders were missing the chicken nuggets sauces. Note: I think if the owner of this McDonald's restaurant care about the brand and really loving what he does as a McDonald's franchisee, he should begin looking at their existing quality issue and address them accordingly.
