  Shocking and appauling service. After getting 2 other quotes ( both very similar in price) i came to this travel agent. He quoted me $300 more on a flight ticket then another $1000 on booking explaing out of his rare end the $1000 is a tax put on top of ticket price. I sat there and could not beleive the lies he was saying to me and wondering how he is atill operating. Do not go there unless u want to have a laugh at the conman in action.

  I'm not sure where to begin... Kim is an absolute SUPERSTAR!
  She does her 'detailed investigations' to find the best deals to cater to my ridiculous travel budget. She has excellent customer service traits - friendly, funny, approachable, experienced and hella very patient!
