  Excellent organisation ,never had an issue I lived for 2 years in a property managed by Li & Fung in george street,Sydney cbd.

  Poor experience from start to finish with Li & Fung. The appliances in the kitchen needed to be outright replaced and this didn't happen until weeks after we moved in. The bathroom had a leaky tap and a mould issue which was not properly addressed. The apartment was in far better and cleaner condition then when we first moved in, yet they still withheld money from the bond. Rent was increasing 62% at the end of my lease agreement if I needed any more reasons to move out. Would not recommend.

  Would give them 0 stars if I could. Lynne was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Never arranged for any of the issues we had with the apartment to be fixed, despite constantly requesting. Messed us around massively when trying to extend the lease as she kept putting the wrong tenant details on the contract even after informing her on three separate occasions that person was no longer in the country and hadn't been on the lease for nine months. Would never trust this property agency again.

  Do not rent with Li and Fung properties. Our property manager Lynne Lin was impossible to reach, rarely responds, and ignores e-mails. Will never rent from this company again.
