  I wouldn't want to give any stars if I have the choice. First of all, called in to make for appointment but was told just come as they accept walk-in. Unfortunately this so called walk-in system makes me waited for an hour before I could see the doctor. Requested for a Female doctor but was surprised when a Male doctor called me in. And the doctor was CLUELESS. Told him earlier on that I was ***weeks pregnant and that I was looking for a new GP as I was recently moved from Melbourne, yet after few basics questions on my medical history he asked :" I just want to ask, are you currently pregnant?" What The Heck. Not helpful in assisting for antenatal appointment (which I was asked to all by myself). The receptionist was the evil of them all. Misleading information was given and very very rude. Not even a single customer service skills they have. How come you eat chips in the reception counter, in front of all patients? They were not attentive, dont even care whether patients have been waiting for hours. I never came back since then. I would recommend MedFirst Medical Centre Hurtsville.
