  I'm really disappointed in the outcome of my experience.
  
  I booked in for a consultation to ask questions and to see if I am a candidate at "no charge" to discuss my options for having Lasik (Laser Eye Surgery).
  I was called a few days before to reshedual my appointment to combine my consult and speak with a Doctor...no mention of any incurring charges to speak to the doctor.
  I arrive for my appointment all of the test completed and spoke to the Doctor and to my suprise at the conclusion charged $175.
  
  Apparently protocol is to have all of the testing, determine if you are a candidate and then pay to see the doctor as a second appointment.
  
  This was NOT explained clearly.
  
  My thought process was to gather the information and then decide if was going to proceed I felt rushed during my appointment and railroaded into booking in for the procedure that I was clearly not ready for.
  
  I have now cancelled my procedure.

  I would like to thank all of staff I encountered at my emergency appointment yesterday. They were all very professional and thoughtful. Dr Ee-Munn Chia is amazing, she was very caring and set my mind at ease whilst administering treatment and providing very professional advice.

  It's not very often that you can say that you have lost your vision and regained regained it all in the same year, but thanks to Dr Agarwal very precise and efficient surgery, put quite simply I can see better then I have in 20 years... and I'm only 45.
  
  The staff were courteous and polite, and really put my mind at ease. Especially considering it was in the middle of a covid outbreak.
  
  They had all the latest tech to check my dodgy peepers, and used it with skill. I don't need glasses at all now, again thanks to Dr Agarwal and her staff.

  Very impressed, I had my procedure yesterday, currently wait on my follow up appointment.
  Everything has gone like clockwork.
  Very much looking forward to witnessing the improvements.

  Appointment made here by spec savers to check if I needed to have an operation for ERM. I was tested again and paid $240 then sent to a Sydney eye specialist to check again costing another $220. I queried the doubling up and rang to find out why I was not sent to the specialist who treated this problem. It is now 5-6month later and no further correspondence from them. Would not go back to this company for eye treatments. Doctor Lee's staff in Figtree are a lot better with the customer service.
